Plantar fasciitis is the worst pain in the world. Plantar fasciitis usually develops slowly over time due to repetitive strain from sports activities or everyday activities such as walking or running; however, sometimes it can occur suddenly if an acute injury to the foot occurs.
It often occurs at the heel, where a thick band of tissue called plantar fascia connects your heel bone to your toes. The plantar fascia supports your arch and helps you push off when you walk or run. Symptoms of plantar fasciitis include sharp pain in the heel, arch, or both areas that is usually worse in the morning or after periods of rest.
If you’re one of them, I feel your pain. I’ve been there. I developed plantar fasciitis a few years ago and it took me months to recover. I tried everything from rest to ice to stretching to massage, but nothing seemed to help. I even saw a physical therapist, but the pain just wouldn’t go away.
I was beginning to think I’d never be able to run again. But then I heard about Koprez® plantar fasciitis sleeves.
I was skeptical at first, but I decided to give them a try. And I’m so glad I did!
